I’m a very organized and type “A” person, why should I hire a wedding planner?

It sounds like you are one of my people! I am as type-a as it gets. But let’s be honest… you don’t want to spend your wedding day coordinating and managing every small detail. You want to relax and soak up epic memories with the people you love!

I admit it! I made this very mistake on my own wedding day. This is what I thought:

• I am very organized, there will be no problem planning. 
• I can Google how to make a timeline.

I launched Dream Weddings, so no couple has to feel how I did on my wedding day. While getting my hair and makeup done, I worried if the person I asked to set up the venue was there doing what I envisioned. Were my vendors showing up!? I spent the morning answering 1,000 questions from everyone – friends, family, and vendors. I was not able to be fully present with my bridal party in the morning. The rest of the day felt rushed and chaotic. It felt like I didn’t have a moment to breathe and enjoy the day with my now husband.

After all, I have found the more involved I am leading up to the wedding, the better I can serve my couples on their big day! During these calls we talk about anything and everything: timeline planning, vendors, difficult family situations and more. We want to be involved in every step of your wedding planning journey, so we can truly make your day a Dream.

We are timeline masters. Creating timelines is one of my favorite parts of wedding planning; I seamlessly piece together the most important parts of your wedding day. When creating timelines, pulling in everything that is important to you; I ensure those things happen. Things like first looks, sneaking out to a gazebo for a private dance, or attending your cocktail hour! From hair and makeup to the very last song your DJ plays (and everything in between!!), we also include every single vendos in the timeline creation process, ensuring a day that works for them too. We become partners with your vendors to ensure we map out a day that flows seamlessly! 

My end goal when designing your timeline is to create a day that flows smoothly, and allows you to be fully present, and enjoy your wedding day.
